A signed health declaration is required before entering the spa, and for any treatment that may be provided.
In case of illness / pregnancy or special cases, please consult in advance with a spa staff member about the treatment. It is mandatory to inform our therapists about any health issues that could be done by services provided at the spa.
Please note, pregnancy treatment will be provided only after the 20th week of pregnancy.

Please note that treatment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without this advance notice will entail a charge of the total treatment price. No show is charged at full treatment value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Gift card or vouchers can\\'t be used for internet reservations or payment.
